Yes. For orders over Rs. 4,000, a 20%–50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is payable before dispatch or upon completion, depending on the order.

Production time varies depending on the product, quantity, and customization. Most orders are completed within 3–10 business days after design approval and advance payment.

Yes! Our design team can help create or adjust your artwork to ensure your customized products look professional.

  • FREE delivery on orders with an invoice value of Rs. 3,000 or above.
  • Orders below Rs. 3,000 are charged a standard delivery fee of Rs. 300 anywhere in Pakistan.

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and most locations across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

Orders can only be modified or canceled before production begins. Once customization has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
